The 93rd Illinois Infantry was a Civil War regiment that served in the western theater. They fought at Vicksburg, Chattanooga and participated in the March to the Sea. Aaron Dunbar was a sergeant in Company B of the 93rd. He wrote the memoirs for the unit. He resided in Dover, Illinois.
